My Alaska Life

The back deck is out of the wind and on a cold day it’s nice to sit back there to stay warm. However, on a hot day we don’t sit back there. It’s reading 100 degrees today! In actuality the temp outside is just over 80 degrees today. Pretty nice but because it’s been so hot and dry there are fires all over Alaska and the air is very smokey today. Winds are bringing the smoke toward us. Not great for hanging out in. Here’s a pic looking at Sleeping Lady. You can see the haze of smoke all over her.
