Moose S.O.S is one of our favorite breakfasts and it's so easy to make. Take ground burger and cook it in a skillet until browned. Season meat with Montreal Steak Seasoning, Garlic Pepper and Salt. Add water to cover and continue cooking for 10 min at a slow boil. Make a thin paste of water and flour in a cup and stir until all the flour is dissolved in the water. While the burger mixture is still at a slow boil add the flour mixture to it while stirring constantly to keep the gravy smooth. It makes it easier to keep smooth if you take the cooked burger out of the skillet before you make the gravy and then add the burger back in after you get a smooth consistency. I usually don't though. I use a wire whisk to stir while I'm adding the flour mixture and that helps a lot. Stir until you get the right consistency. If the gravy is too thin you can add more flour water mixture and if it is too thick you can add a little more water making sure to keep stirring as you make adjustments. Turn off heat once you get the right consistency and serve immediately over biscuits or toast. Add fried eggs and coffee to complete the menu.
