One old way of communicating with neighbors on the river was by CB Radio. People used it in the old days but then it became obsolete. Jeff used it for many years but the tower over the years disintegrated and he stopped using it. He realized a few people still used it so he decided to put up another tower and start talking to neighbors. He experimented with height and equipment till he finally got the system up and running again. 10-4. Over and out!
