The Alaska State Fair in Palmer was cancelled this year due to COVID, however they had a smaller festival at the fairgrounds where we saw the big vegetables grown this year. Here’s the big winning pumpkin. It was a nice day out until it started pouring rain and clearly snowing on the mountaintops! We call that termination dust…meaning end of fall – winter is just around the corner.
