I love hooligan season. I look forward to it every year. It’s fun watching them and catching them. It’s not so fun cleaning them but I love to cook them and eat them. It’s a pretty rich fish fried in olive oil, kind of like eating a bag of potato chips but we only eat them a couple times a year so I think it’s okay.
