The main channel of the river finally broke through yesterday about 4pm. Lots of ice passed by and cleared ice from upriver and will continue to clear out ice for miles above us in the next week or two. For now the east and west channels of the river are clogged with ice along with both banks but that will also clear in the next week or two so people can get their boats in the water.
