Jeff and I spent the night at my rustic place in Talkeetna and cooked up our grayling on the grill for breakfast. There’s no electricity so we definitely had to heat up the wood stove inside the cabin. We had a fire going outside in the burn barrel and hung out outside getting things winterized before snow falls. One of the things we had to do was empty the barrel of rainwater we collected over the summer since we have no running water there. We put the barrel up for winter but will set it back up next Spring.
