I made more jelly! This time I made crabapple jelly from apples we picked on a crabapple tree at our friends house in the Matanuska Valley. It was full of beautiful red crabapples. The jelly came out a beautiful color and very sweet. We’re going to have all kinds of choices of jelly to choose from this winter.
